"The place is absolutely gorgeous, the staff is very kind and caring and the food is to die for. I received a free upgrade upon arrival and the room in the main building was stunning. Huge bathroom and a lovely comfy bed. The place is full of character. I would highly recommend it."

Delicious Food
A lovely stay!
"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! We stayed as a couple with our 9-month-old daughter and the hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating. Everywhere was clean and the food was faultless - everything so fresh at breakfast & the evening menu was delicious - especially the chili beef & chocolate cremeux dessert!"

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! We stayed as a couple with our 9-month-old daughter and the hotel couldn’t have been more accommodating. Everywhere was clean and the food was faultless - everything so fresh at breakfast & the evening menu was delicious - especially the chili beef & chocolate cremeux dessert!"

The roll-top bath
Luxury weekend escape
"Now our go-to favourite hotel for a weekend escape or just a little indulgence. Lovely friendly staff. We booked a package with the cream team on arrival (delicious), a bottle of Prosecco in the room (nice touch), dinner in the restaurant (fabulous steak) and breakfast (great choice). We had booked a deluxe room and the room far exceeded all our expectations. The bathroom was to die for. The bed was huge and comfy. Lovely Molton Brown toiletries in both the shower and on the roll-top bath rack."

Amazing afternoon tea
Beautiful Hotel
"I have stayed here a few times and the hotel is consistently excellent. The staff is always attentive and polite even at busy times such as Cheltenham Week. The food is of a very high standard including an amazing afternoon tea. The rooms are wonderful especially the feature rooms in the main building. Lovely public seating areas and bar. All in all highly recommended."

Gardens are very nice
Fabulous!
"If you want to pretend you are a Lady or a Lord this place is it! Beautiful, reasonable, and a wonderful view. Lovely restaurant too, with full English every morning if you like. Gardens are very nice. Close to the Cotswolds area. Quiet too."

A fabulous place for a wedding
Grand Hotel with great views
"We were attending a wedding so booked two nights in the main house. The room/bathroom was lovely and very spacious, liked the Nespresso machine and the complimentary toiletries. The food at breakfast was excellent, hot items ordered from a menu which is always nice, fresh orange juice and great views across the grounds. The Wood Norton is a fabulous place for a wedding with the spacious grounds and location, they really did an excellent job including the service and the food at the wedding breakfast."
